I am not qualified to give you any medical advice, but having read your posts, I would suggest that you contact 'Wright' with your information, and see if he can help. We went through all of those same tests before getting a dx. It can be, and is, a very frustrating procedure, but there doesn't seem to be any other way at this point in time.
You can find Wright by clicking 'community' (in the tool bar at the top of the page), then 'members list'.
