White male 48, initial diagnosis benign tremors of tongue even at rest. 3 weeks ago. Physical exams no abnormalities 5 out 5 except my right arm was less while walking but normal on the turn.
Fast forward 2 weekmy later my right eye is twitching which i can not see but feel. My balance is completely off. Yes I'm a hypochondriac and terrible anxiety but concerned
