Hi! Please help me. Last May, 2016, for a few months, my muscles felt very tired and legs were extremely tight and heavy. Then end of June 2016, I got tingling, electric zaps, and twitches all up and down both legs and feet. Went to doc and bloodworm showed low B12 and D. Was put on injections and high dosage of D and subsided after a few months. Still had some twitches but got better. Now, a month ago, twitches are back with a vengeance. All over now, legs, feet, hands, arms, back, abdomen, everywhere! Very larger twitches in calves and arms especially. Hard thumps, also tingling and electric creepy crawly feedings too, all over. Went back to doc, B12 at end of low range, and D normal. Didn't do any kind of strength test or anything, and I am extremely stressed out and anxious I may have a motor neuron disease.
