Your cramps are not ALS cramps. How do I know that? Because those cramps would be from upper motor neuron problems and you don't have any signs of upper motor neurons problems. How do I know that? Your reflexes are fine . . . you have no spasticity . . . the rest of your clinical exam was completely normal. Put this ALS non-sense to rest. You don't have it . . . you've just for some odd reason, convinced yourself that you might have it. YOU DON'T! Nothing you have shared would even remotely point towards it.
