I have bulbar onset PLS any advise for my voice would be welcome. I have been a doc who does Botox but he Says I am not a candidate because the muscels in my face are poor and I cannot Say Peter piper picked a bunch of pickeled peppers.........

I have bulbar onset PLS, any advise for my voice I have no voice and am trying to get my Nuro Doc to prescribe something that will work! Any advice would be welcome .....I have heard that LDN helps and that tens help.

I had heard of a treatment of low dose Benadryl, what it does it inhibits the dieing of cells in your body....anyone else heard of this? 5ml of kids liquid every 3 hours........

I was diagnosed a month ago with PLS. So I know something about what you are going through. Stay positive, stay active. Stretch everyday. This a great site for staying positive. Good luck to you and your wife. It is a team deal, my husband has been wonderful! Bobbie2
