I think your neuro is over reacting, for EMG to be conclusive it needs to have specific pattern like this:

Basically you need specific changes in few spinal regions which you don't have, also signs of reinnervation
Few fibs is something, but it's not consistent with ALS

I have on privileges to post publically, but I've seen your EMG and it has absolutely nothing to do with ALS. Criterias are strict and you don't meet any, 1+ fib in 2 places is nothing and statistical background noise, otherwise EMG is completely normal. You cannot consider it dirty EMG, you're good to go, I'm sure vets forum will tell you the same pretty soon. Good for you
