Forgot to mention, I am 24 years old and the first symptoms, namely fasciculations, appeared a year after a shoulder fracture.

Man, damn it, you describe all my symptoms. Please keep in touch with what is going on and how you have, my symptoms have been going on for two years now, and I still cannot diagnose. Thank you!
