I was diagnosed back in November 2015 and believe the symptoms go back about two years, perhaps a bit longer when noticing when I started getting frequent Charlie horse cramps. This is a very tough journey bja723. Having other PALS to communicate with helps to take away some of the sting and fear; or it has for me and I certainly hope it will for you. Take care. Paul
