    Yet I didn’t fail when doing something but writing on the white board, holding small things with my right hand becoming impossible.

    So fast spreading twitching points luckily away from ALS. I noticed that my left hand is slower than my right. Like if I tap my index fingers, right is 2 times faster. Or try to rotate my wrists rapidly back n forth.

    I almost have same issue with my right hand. When holding mouse or phone it hurts, as I read in ALS weakness generally happens without pain but also everyone experiencing this differently so still couldn’t figure out what’s going on but also still feel it it’s ALS.
