Is there a app. or map of handicap bathroom locations along our interstate systems ?

Getting our van , will be in my PWC ( want to travel ) / my wife has to dress me and help in bathroom now . How do you do this at public rest stops ? Or if no rest stop can be found ? THANKS BILL W

Have just ordered a electric wheelchair / next we need to get a van. Any opinions on what make to get & why. What would be on your list of must haves when looking at a van? I'm sure I will have more questions. THANKS BILL W
