    Hey BenO, hope you're well! I am in same boat as it sounds like you are/were in that I have very annoying symptoms (mine is mainly progressive swallow issues), left side, but 8 clean EMGs, all testing neck and tongue! Have your docs ever found anything? Thanks! Scott.

    Hey, I got your reply on fasciculations thread. I’m not sure how it went to be honest, the doctor that done it said he couldn’t give me results as he had to look over them. I am assuming results go back to the neurologist that I have been seeing but my next appointment with her isn’t until June!

    On another note the moderators on this ALS forum have done what they can to address our issues and it seems like they think none of our symptoms are symptoms of ALS so thats a positive too.

    I will of course and same goes to you! To be honest I put it down to anxiety and stress myself at the start. I think the only thing that points away from that for me is the confirmed atrophy lol. Though that still doesn’t mean it’s ALS or MND. By the looks of on here it seems very seldom that people who think they have it actually do, you know? Anyway, mind yourself and family and stay safe!

    Hey Ben, saw your thread and am going through somewhat similar things. I've had progressive weakness throughout body, twtiching, trouble swallowing, weaker hands/jaws/face, sometimes I feel like slurring words (not sure), but I have not gotten an EMG. Let me know if any updates on your situation, as my doctor has said what I have is definitely not ALS.

    I am now have really same thing after MRI contrast. I really would like to know how your symptoms is now.
    My symptoms are weakness and stiff pain in the arms and tireness of leg. Twitches starts from lower leg and moves upper leg,hip and arm..now even around mouth.
    I am really afaind of what happened to me for last 3 months

    Hi Sun

    Gadolinium toxicity, this is the contrast dye they use during mri, i didnt have twitching before, only after. my muscles are wasting away rapidly, i have a hollow in my right arm where the muscles disappeared.. feel like im getting weaker and weaker, ive lost nearly 10 kg! and become hypersensitive to food! ..how are you doing ? look up DR Semelka and GGd toxicity symptoms.

    Hi Pamp,
    It was happening 19 Jan and from 2 weeks later I got the pain on my left shoulder and then right shoulder but it was just small pain. Then the fasciculation starts on the both lower legs without pain. the pain started from leg , shoulder and arms.
    Sometimes It feel like pain and sometimes it is stiff. Then i got EMG..negative.but the symthom going wrose fastly.
