    You are absolutely right! I have everything to be thankful for. When something goes wrong I have a tendency to assume worst case scenario. Maybe the cts is affecting my shoulder. The fact that I had Hoffman's sign makes me kind nervous though as I have heard it can be a sign of umm dysfunction.
