I appreciate your note, APL55. Honestly, I don't know what's causing your level of misery, but Hopkins IS the place to get an answer. I'm very glad you're able to work on getting in to see them. I think you don't get more responses here due to the fact that no one has an answer for you. At least, no one who is presently here looking. I always hesitate to say something when I feel so inadequate. If you get more information and end up by way of Hopkins with a form of MND or another disease within this forum, you will be be-friended and helped or at least listened to. This really is a great group of people and very caring. I hope, however, that at Hopkins you'll be told that in fact you have a treatable disease, and then be helped.
