I have a friend who has ALS he was diagnosed 10 years ago. He can no longer speak. He is in a very busy hospital and gets so frusrated. I have encouraged him to try using technology but he is unwilling. I am now going to try a picture board and sign with common phrases. I am hoping someone will be willing to share their picture board. I am not expert on ALS, there are probably so many things he needs that I can't even guess at. His wife has been his caregiver and she has just had a surgery and is unable to help. I know how to create the board, but what are some of the important things it should say? Thanks, Anna Belle
