Don't worry bout ALS ;) You don't have it point! You might suffer from compression neuropahy and discuss this with your neuro, there are many causes, this is 1 of them, take care and have a good work out ;)

Bruises are indeed a side effect of Advil, it thinns the blood, that's why, nothing serious, don't worry if Advil/Ibruprofen does its job, okay it's not a nice look etc hehehe... but if there is no bad pain it is not too bad! Anja

In most cases fasticulations are nothing to worry about, they happen at healthy people and sick people, no problem, for example: LOTS of people recognise the fasticulations at one or both eye(s), has nothing to do with a serious condition, they occure and go away. The only thing to worry about...
