Hi. Not sure what you mean. There are new posts daily. On the tab bar, you can click on new posts, or click on quick links and scroll to today's posts. Also, once you have 15 posts, you will get private messaging privileges, which is great for private conversations with other CALS. Don't worry, it took me awhile to navigate this site, and after near a year, I still go to FAQ section quite regularly. Brain fog, no doubt!
