Default Hi from Italy

Hello, I'm a Finn living in Italy and I lost my mom to Als November 17th 2017. We got the diagnose 1 day before she died. It is a long story and I will share it at the FTD and ALS section as it belongs there. Thank you for the active forum, I've spent a lot of time here after my mom passed away looking for information of this terrible decease that took her from us.
All the best, Mari

So sorry about your mom! Welcome as a member here. I hope writing about it helps you to cope with the loss. I'm sure it will as here are beautiful people who understand what you're going through.
Greetings across the Alps!

Thank you. It is hard that we didnt now anything about ALS before a little before she passed. So we had to deal with her passing and hearing about the ALS at the same time and I guess it takes time to get pass all this. It helps me to learn here more of this decease that took her from us and to write with others that are experiencing the same. Merry Christmas to Germany and to all others here!
