Default Looking to buy used Bipap S/T

My friend of 30+ years just got diagnosis of ALS. He lives in Russia and his breathing started to be affected. Doctor said he can use bibap S/T at night. Unfortunately waiting line to get this machine in Moscow long and new are too expensive. I was trying to find online used and cheaper and ship to them. Any advice where to find it appreciated.
Also is it only bipap S/T? any other models would be ok?

He needs a BiPAP that is both "backup rate capable" and has "volume control." The lowest price for that combination at 2nd wind right now looks to be $649 for a legacy AVAPS, though they also have the S9 ST-A VPAP that I recommend, if it is the later model with iVAPS, for $1549.

Thank you so much! I have being asking their pulmonologist in Moscow advice what type to pick and they not really familiar with it, will probably have to settle with legacy since ST-A a little bit too expensive... Have to save money for other expenses that coming

Of course. Don't forget to buy a mask as well. The nylon one I recommend trying is $69 on that site.
