Lisa from ALS guardian angels asked me to post.

I was wishing I had one... used a couple last year at Cape Cod's beaches that they have at the beach themselves. I think there was a donation of 10 or more wheelchairs this year but haven't gone near a beach yet this year.

Di could Make good use of one

I sure could!.....:) but I can not be greedy, I just got my PWC loaner and it does not do sand!.

I also seen them at Myrtle Beach, they are amazing.

I did a search on "BEACH WHEELCHAIRS" and there were some on BING & SPINLIFE.COM. Plus alot of others.

They have them at our state beaches (ocean beaches), and some town's ocean beaches... some beaches allow you to reserve them.

Lisa said they wanted to own .They live near the beach .Renting would be expensive long-term

Actually the ones I've seen are provided free at the state parks in Hawaii.

Used on on Grand Turk Island off of the Carnival Pride Cruise Ship and it was awful. I could hardly push my husband in it. Awful disappointment!
