I have a 1997 Dodge Caravan wheelchair accessible with side ramp. 97,000 miles. New battery. Good condtion other than horn and gas gauge do not work.

I got a good deal on it 2 years ago. Seems this model was going for around 9,000 then, I paid 6,000. I am willing to negotiate with an ALS patient. What would you feel is a fair price? I notice you are in Michigan, a pretty good hike from NJ.
