Opening blister packs

Hi all,

I just finally discovered how to easily open those horrid blister packs of individual pills, and thought I'd share. I accidently dropped one of them into my dishwater tonight, and wouldn't you know, the paper backing peeled easily off so that I could just pop that pill through the foil! I tested this by just running an individual pill packet under running water, and sure enough, that paper almost slides right off. What a relief. I hate trying to peel that backing off with the little corner that almost never "breaks."

Thanks for the info. Hard to open for me too! I knew that the coffee creamers open if you just put them in the coffee. Should of figured that out! Guess I can just blame that on getting older.
