Which Headmouse

Time has come that I look for head mouse and setup my computer with head mouse. I want to do it now, so that I don't find myself scrambling when I need to use it. Here are my question:

1. Which head mouse (brand/version)
2. Is there a need to buy keyboard/dwell-click software to use them? If so, which one?
