Trojans , Bots , Malware can slow a PC down.

I found this utility , its free , from Malware Bytes that cleans up those kritters that your Anti-Virus can miss.

I would post a link , but then AL would have me tarred and feathered. So, search for those two words and download the free trail. Run the update , then scan your computer. You might be amazed by what is found.

I am an IT manager , and use this regularly throughout the corporation I work for.

So you can get a one time scan for a trial use and then you need to purchase it? Thanks for the info.

Nope . Download the trial and it does not expire. Just keep pressing the update button before scanning.
