My girlfriend and i recently had our second and she had a Peanut Ball during labor. I'd never heard of them before but it worked well. I ended up ordering them from Amazon to assist with separation of legs and to open up hips for laying PALS on her side. My hope is that the use or air support instead of a pillow will decrease any sort of pressure ulcer developing. I'll post the link shortly if anyone is interested. I ordered smallest size for legs.
