Get a pair of those aerobic leg warmers but put them on the pals arms instead. My wife loved them when she got cold

For arms too thin for leg warmers, there are also ones for arms specifically at adaptive stores/sites. You could also cut out sleeves from knit tops.

I rode bikes for many years and used arm warmers extensively. Since serious cyclists often have pretty skinny arms, it is easy to find cycling-specific arm warmers that fit atrophied arms.

My favorites are the ones made by Pearl Izumi.
