I don't know if anything is out there like this but I ran across this in a web search, it isn't available yet but I believe it will be soon. Allows web searching among other things with just your voice.

Dragon has versions for desktop and mobile OS. Dictation and voice commands incl. web searching.

All the apple products include dictation ability, and then there is siri on the iPhone and iPad which is wonderful.
