Most PWC-specific accessories are pricey. I would look for a regular clamp-type stand that can attach to tubing or the seat. Levo makes good tablet stands; usually the lowest prices are on Amazon.
Same logic for anything else that someone might use in a chair; generally, look for the best, cost-effective thing and adapt it if/as feasible.
