As camping season is coming soon I am hoping to enjoy our motor home for 1 more year, however stairs are being more difficult. Does anyone else who enjoys RVing have any tips or gagets to help with RV stairs, especially the two large stairs from inside the door to the floor?

As I am not sure where in my progression I will be I don't want to invest a large amount of money on a lift in case I can't go camping at all next year. Or in case we have to buy an accessible RV.

I have looked through the Internet and can find nothing so I am asking here for help.

Do you have adequate arm strength left to pull yourself up?

To help me pull myself up my garage stairs I installed a garage door handle next to the door. This is the external door handle, large and easy to grip.

Putting a couple of these in strategic spots might help.

I remember someone on this forum found a pallet lifter on Craigslist for very little money. It just lifted up to the level of the Deck and He rolled in. Just a thought. There is also a site called discount Ramps that might be worth looking at. Good luck!
