Not sure if this has been posted already, but I just saw it recently on CNN (Battle with Parkinson's inspires winning shirt). It's a line of dress shirts with magnets behind the buttons: the magnets 'stick' and hold the shirt together, while the buttons make it look like a traditional button-front shirt. The shirts were created by the wife of a man with Parkinsons, but it seems like this innovation would be useful for PALS, too.

Great innovation! That can be so useful both for the person needing help as well as the caregivers. Yasmin

did they happen to say where to get them, seems like a good idea- especially when you add arthritis into to equation hands not working right due to our mnds, my case pls but i'm sure als people would be helped too
