Dynawrite is good and light

They swopped my Dynavox for something called a dynawrite, like a small keyboard with a little screen on the top. Made by the same people has a good number of male/female voices on board too

Its a great deal lighter and works very well, The price is a vast difference too

Dyna Writer

i have a re conditioned Dyna Writer (zero cost which works for me) and find it very useful as my speech is laboured and difficult to understand. One of the best features is the ability to adjust the volume. In a group setting one needs a higher volume than can be achieved with an Ipad.

Good to meet you in chat my fellow Dyna writer user, will remember that about the volume, the only difficulty I have is that I’m forced through the ALS to type with my left hand and can only use the one finger, so i’m a little slow, otherwise its really good
