For anyone who uses a sliding board for transferring to and from wheelchairs, etc, are there any particular characteristics that make them work well for you? I'm thinking that using one might help my mother in moving my father around. There are so many different "styles" that I'd like to know what works best for ALS patients before I buy something. Thanks for any help!
