What does all this mean??

I'm so confused. I was going to attach something to a former thread, like you said, and saw the following at the bottom. So, I guess I'm not supposed to post anything more on this one?, OR I'm to start a new thread? OR, am I not welcome here anymore? B.

I have no idea. You clearly can post and start a new thread. You just did. All I can think of was that the thread in question was closed due to inactivity if you were trying to add a post or if you were trying to modify an old post you can’t do that after a very brief time from the original post

You have also been able to upload attachments in the past I suggest starting a new thread with whatever

Beauty, I have noticed that threads seem to close if there has been no posting in them for at least a month. So if you want to keep a thread alive, just post something in it if it is still within a month from the most recent post, or the thread will expire automatically.
