Help - Did I delete my draft?!

I have spent two hours writing a thread (my first ever on this site) and it could not be posted as I got logged out. I tried the 'back' button as suggested but it did not allow me to go back! Is there any way I can access the draft?

No sorry. We have all lost posts. Consider writing a long post off line and pasting it onto a post. As a new member have you read the stickies in the section relevant to your concerns? There are stickies for those who are diagnosed and their caregivers, for the military diagnosed, for familial als and for those who are concerned about symptoms. If you have not done so take a look before reposting

Let's hope with the recent changes to the server today that these frustrating issues are solved. No guarantees, but here's hoping.
