visitor message?

I went to someone's profile page to send them a visitor message - and there was no box there for visitor messages. I know I sent this person a message a while back. This is the first time this has happened. Any ideas?

You can turn off visitor messages if you wish. Presumably that person chose that option

Thanx Nikki and Max. I'm just a bit befuddled as to why you would turn this feature off when you have obviously come to this forum for support. Oh well, different strokes I guess.

you may want to mention it as stuff does get accidently turned off ...

Max - how would I get her attention to mention it?

Can you pm the person? You have enough posts to pm, does she? Of course it is possible to turn off pm too. Or limit it to friends. Sometimes people get spooked by a spammer or cyberbully and turn off all the messaging to try to protect themselves.

You can PM, ask someone else to pm, ask an admin for help, or just shout out loud

or all of them ...
