have you changed the front page

Dear Al or Richard,

Has the front page been changed when I click to go to the forums I get all of the first ones grouped together in a big blue box.and then there's a second big blue box for some more posts and it just makes it harder to find and get to things?!

Maybe its just mine but I'm also having my posts come up saying "you cannot post within 20 sec try in 14 sec" and I only clicked the submit page once!

Think you must have changed something. I don't think we did. My log in was normal. Check User CP to see if the problem is there.
