Why is this message showing up on most of the latest posts on forums? Oddly, it does not show on the question Stu had about the Pepsi Refresh being locked, but, all of the other new posts I've had a chance to check show it ? its in bold lower case font. I can't stay on the computer any more right at this moment to see if its everywhere other than this one...
