You know the rug you made, Beth. Well, before
ALS kept me from being able to walk around... or crawl around a quilt, I was really into it. The one you'd relate to as a type "A"was a Mariner's Compass which had an elliptical center motif, and corners filled with 1/4 round compasses. All pieces outlined with (for real) 1/2 inch black borders all pieced by hand. And Queen bed sized.
To prove my oddness, the light has gone out, so here I am typing badly in the dark....
For me, rug hooking is my
ALS craft. I'm hoping it helps with sanity. I stick with the simple these days--nothing like the rug you made!
