Here we go.. I feel like we are going to make this happen.. Rose whenever you can get to Imus is a ok.. now that we have the Today stuff up, we are on the move.. I think you guys are the greatest. Guardian angels for als will get help, publicity, and recognition.

Make sure you let us know when you have made your communication.. We can also have family and friends that want to speak of the effect this group had or would have on a pals or cals they love....

Ok friends I was also thinking we could all call the local station's were we live.. So that we can get some help and recognition of ALS and Guardian Angel's for ALS.. I have already been on that, and want to make so much noise about ALS that people get tired of hearing the word...lol... You can tell them to look at the Website of Guardian Angel's for ALS.. The more people hear the more we can get help for fellow patient's and care-giver's and families who are struggling.. We need to get out of the darkness. If you call or e-mail the Today show and or your local new's, keep us all posted. Hoping we could do both..

Hi guys, wanted to remind everyone to call or e-mail your local stations, about ALS GUARDIAN ANGELS. and then the TODAY show. Heck so many people to be helped and the public need's to hear about pals and cals. We have the most amazing stories here, and so much help is needed, and dreams need to be made.

I just finished sending my email to the Today Show. Let's keep our collective fingers crossed!

Hope everyone had a Hoppy, Hoppy Easter. (Sorry, I just have to do that at some point every Easter.)

How about an e-mail expressing gratitude for a site like ALSForums. Where would we be without it!?! Think of how many pALS and cALS have never heard of it. Maybe awareness for ALSF.

Hi Hoping,
Sorry for weighing in so late . . .but I see you've got everything underway already!

This is a wonderful idea and the Today show will be getting my e-mail today. The more exposure for the Angels and ALS as a whole, the better. I wish ALS could be on the forefront of people's minds just like breast cancer and heart disease - talk about massive marketing campaigns - the more awareness, the more donations, the more research, the closer to a cure or least a decent treatment. If only we had the same resources, and things like this are an excellent start.

Thanks so much,
Suzann

I appreciate the offer, anyone and everyone can help.. It is a great organization we need to get support and donations, and awareness for, with this it will bring attention to ALS, the forums, and the need for funding. the web-site is ALS guardian angels. The gentleman who runs it, is a kind caring gentleman. All help is needed.

Moment of levity -
I just sent my e-mail letter off to Noah at the Today Show, and yes I did indeed proof read it at least twice before sending . . .

Soooooo, just in case no one ever realized this little fact . . . .if you accidently leave the word "guardian" out of the Angles web address, you are promptly taken to the "Al's Angels" web site, which let's just say it would be hard to believe anyone on there is going to be guaranteed angel wings when they get to heaven! When I realized I didn't put in the correct address, I clicked on the one I DID enter just to see if it would automatically re-direct me to Stu's site, but needless to say it did not! (and I'm at work of all places!) LMAO!!!!

I IMMEDIATELY sent a corrected version off to NBC, but I hope he doesn't get the first one and think we're promoting porn!
Sorry everybody - and be careful typing out there . . . .

Oh my goodness, I laughed so hard my cheeks hurt. Soo funny, maybe we would get more attention, they would think we were granpa AL's Angels, knowing the media we would get more attention that way.. Suzanni thank you so much.. We are really giving them something to think about.. Ok GUYS PROOF READ..lol
