In October we spent 4 days in Santa Fe, New Mexico on our way to the Grand Canyon. I posted about this earlier, but did not have access to the pictures on my wife's cell phone then. That thread is closed, so I have started this new one.
The primary purpose of the trip was to visit a good friend who lost her husband 4 years ago. She lives downtown and we had great access to the cultural center of Santa Fe.
She was a gracious host and Santa Fe was wonderful. We enjoyed fantastic weather, great art galleries, and the unique culture that is Santa Fe. My wife enjoyed eating the wonderful New Mexico style mexican food and I enjoyed the awesome smells.
We were able to get out and tour the town each day we were there. It was absolutely wonderful. Amazingly enough, we did not encounter any wheelchair issues at all!
If we get a chance, we will return there.
Here are a few pictures.
