I've been promising to post up the pictures of our trip and have finally gotten around to pulling them together. So here we go...
The new abode
The Muttleys are acclimating well...
Acclimated very well as a matter of fact...
At Garden of the Gods in Colorado
Even Chance wanted to try some rock climbing
Vicky and the Dogs in Wichita Falls during a break in the storms that were pounding Texas
At a little park in Lander WY.
Getting close to the Tetons
This guy had traffic stopped on both sides
With the RV in the background
With the Muttleys
With some new friends
The RV has a slide out grilling center (but the only thing I brought was a portable so I'll have to wait until I get back home to rig it out properly). It has a fridge out there as well as a TV and sound system
Bacon wrapped Filets with grilled peppers and asparagus and a nice Merlot
You can't sear animal flesh without a good beer, it just ain't right (it's a porter from South Park Brewing)
Nice wine, great steaks and my wife and dogs - don't get much better.
Vicky and Chance
Will post more as we go through the Tetons and hit Jackson. Plan is to then come across Idaho and back into Oregon to rest for a month and trick out the RV. I've got a clinic at the ALS center in Portland August 10th so we'll use that as a jumping off point for a two month trip heading north through Washington, Montana, etc... before swinging south and coming back up the Cali coast once tourist season is over.
