tonight we has a benefit for my mom who has als. and we had it a bar and the band was 200.00 and kegs for were 250. we rasied $1200 in 50/50 tickets and $750 from the slient action and both the bar owner and band said no charge. i was blowen away by everyone and how good it turned out. thanks you god and everyone for everything:mrgreen:

That is probably the number one thing we have learned through this journey. There are so many amazing people on either side of the road cheering us on. More often than not, the people that step up are not the people we expected to be there. The person rising to the occassion is a complete surprise, and we are overwhelmed by their commitment.
