My mother-in-law Bridget died of MND back in 1986. I started writing a system for her to communicate back then but she died too quickly and equipment was nowhere near as good back in those days.
A good friend of mine, Jon, died of it two years ago. I was absolutely appalled at the equipment he had to communicate with, both from quality and price.
