Default How much Trilogy?

I've had a Trilogy 100 for a month, even though I have no problems breathing. When they tested me a month ago, I was at 90 and 64. But they kept having me blow over and over until I finally blew one under 50, which qualified me for the Trilogy.

The RT came to my home and setup the Trilogy. She told me to use it at least 4 hours a day, so I have been using it all night, every night. It is set at 4 / 10. I have no problem sleeping with it.

My question is, should I be using it more? Less?
Any thoughts?
James

Default Re: How much Trilogy?

If you have no problem sleeping with it, then it's most likely helping you conserve energy and muscle during the night. I'd keep going exactly as you have, until you begin feeling like you could use it during the day.

Best,
Laurie
