Thumbs up Hello fellow PALS

I have been on this forum 4 over a year thinking about posting and saying hi. I kept thinking I'd post some long introduction 2 me & my story. It occurred 2 me today I was just avoiding becoming part of the community.
SO....I am Justin,36, going on 18 months since diagnosis. My symptoms started almost 4 years ago. I felt an ankle pop and it never got better , fast forward. My foot dropped, I got weaker and now it's powerchair

Welcome, Justin. Pipe up any time. Denial is a powerful force -- just don't let it keep you from what you can still do.

Best,
