What is bravery

There are many definitions of bravery.
To many to count.

It is being a voice for those who have no voice.
It is standing up for what you believe is to be wrong.

It is looking past the person and seeing his heart.
It is seeing injustice and doing something about it.

It is not about accepting your limitations, but moving past them.
It is giving a helping hand and not expecting anything in return.

It is excepting everyone for who they are.
You are part of the universe not the center of it.

It is respecting the beliefs of others.
Even if you may not agree with them.

It is remembering yesterday, enjoying today. And hoping for tomorrow.
The unspoken truths that should be heard

You may think that this is about me, but it's not.
It is about all of us.

It is looking past the person and seeing his heart.

It's amazing how we all read the same words, but are affected by different statements.
I was drawn to quite a few, but this one about looking past the person got me.
I often say to people, my face may not be quite right, and my walk is all messed up, and WHERE this weight is coming from....but, it's still me on the inside, my heart has not changed. Only the outside is different...
