While I'm sorry you have to be here its is great to have a good family man in our "family".

I am going to my 1st local ALS meeting this afternoon. I've never met anyone else with this disease in my hometown of 80,000 before. A little apprehensive. . .

Glad to know you have a supportive spouse.
 
Couldn't agree more with you more on the ice bucket challenge, a colleague at work made his family learn about ALS before doing it, more should follow his lead.

I miss Purcellville, the "Trails End" of my cycling days. Always enjoyed ice cream with my girls at the end of the W&OD trail
