Urinary Catheterization or diapers

When my husband died I got to use all his leftover diapers. My caregiver is leaning toward Catheterization. What are your opinions about this?

why is your caregiver leaning towards a catheter?

I admit that for girls, it could end up the easier option, but it does leave you more prone to infections so you need to make an informed decision on weighing things up.

Having said that many disabled women live with the diapers for many years.

If thinking catheter ask about suprapubic catheter.
