Initially I was taking cyclobenzaprine which worked well for me. Then one of the neurologists wanted me switch to Baclofen, which I did. I found it made it more difficult for me to walk (with braces)and it always made me feel nauseaus and flu-like, even at small dosage.

I told my neurologist and had no problem, so now I'm on the cyclo and feel much better all the time.

I used tizanidine, 8 mg at night and 4 mg PRN through the day. I used to capsules because they work better with food. This drug has the pleasant side effect of drying out my mouth slightly. It is a slight hypotensive, so if you got low blood pressure may not be a good choice. But it's generic and cheap and I respond to it better than I did to the cyclobenzaprine. Just shows were all different!
