throat

Anyone else out there experience this? The past couple of days, the entire day and night, my throat feels a pressure- not an ache, but a very much uncomfortable feeling. It is especially uncomfortable to sleep.

It feels like it's in the throat muscles.

Yep. Yesterday I couldn't eat because it felt as though there was something stuck back there. A mild but constant pressure. When I lie down, it feels as though my entire sinus cavity drops into my throat and adds pressure. It's the best way I can describe it. Unpleasant, but not painful. ( Pain is a neck spasm brought on by yawning!)

I found sleeping on my left side helps - with a few well placed pillows helps. I think I will buy a foam wedge - I heard it could help with the throat " falling" thing.
