Default A Very Big THANK YOU!

I checked out the tips and tricks thread and you folks have gotten me back on track. The mag citrate before bed has totally changed my sleep and the abdominal distress which was waking me up. In three days I am back to the regularity missing for a few years now. Thank you for helping me.
